Stasea was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us a fan and letting us know that we'd be able to have a late checkout. We were able to enjoy our vacation a few extra hours and we are very grateful for that.

The location of this property can not be beaten. Being able to relax on the lanai while watching and listening to the waves crash was such a treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The location and view are second to none. Could sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash for hours. Really appreciate the extra touches like all the beach accessories. Made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Continues to exceed our expectation , and is truly One of the things we look forward to in planning our vacation!

We were dealing with a family medical situation before we came and Patricia was very understanding and accommodating.

Your place was awesome...comfortable beds...beautiful sounds of the ocean day and night. We loved the convenience of being on the first floor and having the ocean right in front of us. The pool was just a short walk across the grass. The beach was just a short walk away with monk seals sunning on the sand and good snorkeling. We went out for dinner every night and had plenty of reastaurants to choose from within a 5 minute drive. If you prefer to stay in .....the kitchen was well equipped for cooking any meal and grocery stores were close by. We would love to come back but sadly the only downside to this vacation was the 11 hour flight to get there. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and we are very happy to have stayed here....no regrets!

Thoroughly enjoyable - though needing to be checked out at 10AM was NOT. I'd suggest making it 11AM, like most hotels do.

Very glad we picked this place for the first part of our honeymoon. We only stayed for 4 nights, and spent 8 on Maui, but I wish we spent more on Kauia. Poipu was my favorite area.

Condo 102b is just fantastic! The happy vibe of the decor and all the amenities you could ask for! And the lani out over the water with turtles all day long just makes this condo even more amazing!

We felt that we were staying on our own home. The apartment is well appointed and the perfect location.

All questions were answered promptly.

Very pleased with everything. The pictures accurately reflected the condo. Balcony view was great! Grills were nice to have and the pool was warm and a decent size.

Email response that maintenance would be by to fix fire alarm. Never fixed while we were there.

Patricia was so wonderful in helping us organize the vacation and when we had a hiccup with our original property, she scrambled to make sure we got an even better property! Thomas, Mark, and Juanito (and their crew) were absolutely wonderful in helping us when we encountered a few minor issues during our stay. Excellent.
