After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you’re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the double-sized lanai, awing at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai’s oceanic symphony. You have arrived!
With full air conditioning, a double-sized lanai, 1035 square feet of beautiful island living, and a heated pool, 305A is a perfect vacation home for your tropical getaway. In the main bedroom, the California king overlooks the dramatic Poipu coastline. Rolling waves against the sea cliffs will be sing you to sleep every night. Twin vessel sinks in the main bathroom are stylish and functional, and the stone-floored shower will feel great after a day in the sun. The garden-facing bedroom has two twins that can easily be made into a comfortable king – just please give us plenty of notice! And no matter what the weather, full air conditioning will keep you comfortable and cool the whole year round. Though the garden-facing bedroom does not have its own air conditioning, it is easy to keep it cooled with the living room unit and fans.
When you’re ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you’ll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you’ll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, you’ll see the bodysurfers at Brennecke’s Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water.
Back home, 305A features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make coffee and meals in your vacation home. A recent remodel to this kitchen installed new granite countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances. At that time, the washer and dryer area had new granite installed. No expense has been spared to keep this luxury vacation home in pristine condition.
