After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you’re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai’s oceanic symphony. You have arrived.
Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owner has spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Recent remodels and upgrades have taken 303A to a new level of luxury. The fully-stocked kitchen has been completely remodeled: exotic Zebra wood cabinets were installed alongside new countertops and new appliances. New pillowtop tile was installed throughout the living areas, which is cool and comfortable to the touch. Granite capping to the washer and dryer was installed along with new cabinets above. The main bedroom was completely remodeled alongside an overhaul of the bathroom as well. Finally, the entire unit was repainted to tie the bow on this incredible property.
At 303A, you’ll awake every morning to the scenes of the ocean right out of the bedroom window in the main bedroom. The unit is air conditioned in the main bedroom and living areas, so your stay will always be perfectly comfortable and welcoming. As the ocean breezes flow through the unit, you’ll feel completely at home in this vacation home. Between this exquisite property and the heated pool atop the rocky shore, you’ll never forget your stay at 303A.
When you’re ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you’ll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you’ll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, you’ll see the bodysurfers at Brennecke’s Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water.
As of April 5th, 2021, Kauai will be reopen for all travelers! Please see kauai[dot]gov/covid-19 for official and up-to-date information on the current protocols. However, the vast majority of travelers will need to submit their negative COVID test results and Safe Travels information to us directly when they arrive on island in order to get check in information. State law requires us to withhold check-in instructions until we receive that information. (We will communicate with every guest before your departure to make arrangements for arrival.) By reserving a property, you affirm that you have researched and understand the travel restrictions - and that it is your responsibility to fulfill all the obligations required by the Safe Travels program.
If a member of your party tests positive for COVID and cannot enter the state, you will be allowed to move your reservation within 1 year of the original arrival date, penalty-free. All rents will be credited forward, but a balance may occur due to differences in rental rates or length of stay. This postponed reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded. Proof of positive COVID test result is required.
