Ground Floor Convenience with More Room to Spread Out...

Considered a deluxe category condo, with two bedrooms and two full baths and a total living area of 1035 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. This deluxe condo has more space than the standard units, which translates into more room in the living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Unit 104A is a ground floor unit with a walk out yard to the waters edge.

Everything You'll Need for an Incredible Kauai Vacation...

This Poipu Shores condo features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, quality rattan furnishings, granite tile bathroom surfaces and sea grass flooring. The master bedroom has a king bed and the garden side guest bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a comfortable King bed (please let us know which configuration you prefer). While the garden side guest bedroom doesn't have an ocean view, the tropical bird songs from the garden area are lovely. High quality linens, including beach towels, are provided as well as a complete list of amenities for your comfort and convenience (see list to the right). We also provide a Kauai Guidebook for our guests' to use to plan their daily Kauai adventures.

Dine in or Cook Out...

Each of our fine condo units has a fully equipped kitchen, however, with the stunning Poipu Coastline views from your Poipu Shores condo (which are better than any restaurants' best seat in the "house"), you might feel like cooking outside, so feel free to cook a steak, a burger or the fresh "catch of the day" on the shared gas grills located in the common area on the ground floor.

Spectacular Pool at the Ocean's Edge...

The spectacular ocean front swimming pool is built at the ocean's edge on a lava rock base with an ideal vantage point to enjoy the spectacular ocean views and to watch turtles feeding on the rocks below.

Gorgeous Sunsets and the Ocean's Lullaby...

Each day will end with a gorgeous Kauai sunset, where, depending on the time of year, you can watch as the sun slips into the Pacific Ocean (don't forget to look for the "green flash"). At the end of the evening, drift off to a peaceful sleep with the lullaby of the waves meeting the shore just outside your window.
